Terms of use
TVK for Android TV · upRiver Network · last updated 14 October 2026
By installing or using the TVK app for Android TV ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
The app is a free way to watch the channels of the upRiver Network at tvknob.com on an Android TV or Google TV device. You install the file from tvknob.com; it is not in a store yet. Channels, shows and streams change, go off air or end without notice, and we don't promise that any channel or the app will always be available.
Channel content
Many channels are run by independent channel holders, and some streams come from their own servers or from another site's player, including YouTube. Each channel holder, and YouTube for its own pictures, is responsible for what plays. If you think something on a channel breaks the law or someone's rights, contact us at the contact address on our support page and we'll look into it.
Your account
Linking a tvknob.com account is optional. If you link one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on TVs linked to your account. You can unlink a TV at any time, as described on the support page. The tvknob.com terms for accounts and channels also apply.
Fair use
Use the app for personal viewing. Don't try to break, overload or get around the app or the tvknob.com service, and don't copy or redistribute streams without the channel holder's permission.
Privacy
How we handle information is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: the contact address on our support page.
